Profitable and Sustainable Waste

HST, through its brand TARAM – Technologies for Regeneration and Agri-Food Manufacturing, is developing a technological project in collaboration with its partners: the Moroccan Federation of Red Fruits, the Tagus Valley Agri-Food Science and Technology Park in Portugal, the Hungarian University of Sports Science (HUSS), and the University of Évora. This project focuses on agrotechnology, food and sports nutrition, and the valorisation of agricultural products, while being designed to be both economically viable and environmentally sustainable.
